摘  要:目的评估脂肪质量(FM),瘦质量(LM),体型指数(ABSI),脂肪-瘦质量比值(FyM)是否与葡萄糖代谢紊乱(GMD)的糖尿病前期病变有关。方法纳入符合条件的健康人群和新诊断GMD的患者240例,平均年龄(58.57±13.5)岁;其中男149例,女91例。通过75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT试验)分为以下组:①正常糖耐量(NGT);②空腹血糖受损(IFG)+糖耐量异常(IGT);③IGT;④IFG。使用人体成分分析仪测量所有受试者的体质量、腰围(WC)、FM和LM,测算体质指数(BMI)、ABSI、FyM。结果NGT组受试者BMI、腰围WC、总体脂和FyM、ABSI更低,空腹血糠(FBG)和餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)水平也更低。不同糖尿病前期病变的个体在BMI、WC和体脂方面差异无统计学意义。IFG患者的体脂和FyM低于IFG+IGT组,ABSI和FyM与糖尿病前期病变各类型之间相关性均高于其他人体测量指标。结论与其他人体测量指标相比,FyM和ABSI与糖尿病前期病变的所有类型:IGT、IFG、IGT+IFG的患病均有较强的相关性,ABSI和FyM均为患IGT、IFG和IFG+IGT的影响因素,对糖尿病前期病变具有更好的预测性。Objective To assess whether fat mass(FM),lean mass(LM),a body shape index(ABSI)and fat-lean mass ratio(FyM)were associated with pre-diabetes in glucose metabolic disorders(GMD).Methods 240 healthy people and newly diagnosed patients with GMD were included with an average age of(58.57±13.5)years.149 were men and 91 were women.By 75 g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT test),patients were divided into following groups:normal glucose tolerance(NGT)group,Fasting glucose(IFG)+fasting glucose tolerance(IGT)group,IGT group,IFG group.Body composition analyzer was used to measure body weight,waist circumference(WC)、FM and LM to measure BMI,ABSI and FyM.Results Subjects in NGT group had lower BMI,WC,FM,FyM,ABSI,FBG and 2hPG.There were no significant differences in BMI,WC and FM among individuals with prediabetes.FM and FyM of IFG patients were lower than those of IFG+IGT group,and correlations among ABSI,FyM and all types of prediabetes were stronger than other human measurement indexes.Conclusion Compared with other anthropometric indicators,FyM and ABSI would be strongly correlated with all types of prediabetic lesions:IGT,IFG,and IGT+IFG.Both ABSI and FyM would be influencing factors of IGT,IFG and IFG+IGT,and they would be better predictors of prediabetic lesions.
