基于CFD软件的并条机吸风系统优化设计

摘  要:为了优化并条机吸风系统结构,保证清洁罩壳内各吸风口吸力均衡,介绍并条机吸风系统工作原理和存在问题,分析其具体调节方法和局限性;采用CFD仿真分析工具SolidWorks Floworks对并条机吸风系统风道进行仿真设计,并将仿真优化结果与实际测试数据进行对比分析。指出:采用CFD软件对并条机吸风系统进行优化后,风道结构增大了风道转向过渡截面,与车尾下墙板连接面积增大,气流漩涡消失,流动更平缓均匀;通过负压和风速对比,平均负压有所增大,流速也略有提高;采用CFD软件Floworks仿真软件能为风道设计提供优化方向,提高设计速度,降低开发成本,缩短研制周期。In order to optimize the suction system structure for drawing frame and ensure the balance of suction force of each suction outlet in clean housing,the working principle and existing problems of suction system for drawing frame are introduced,and the specific adjustment methods and limitations are analyzed.CFD simulation analysis tool SolidWorks Floworks is used to simulate and design the air duct of suction system for drawing frame,and the simulation optimization results are compared with the actual test data.It is pointed out that after optimizing the suction system for drawing frame with CFD software,the air duct structure increases the turning transition section of the air duct,and the connection area between the air duct and the rear wall panel increases,the vortex disappears,and the flow is more smooth and uniform.By comparied the negative pressure and wind speed,the average negative pressure increases,and the flow rate also increases slightly.Using Floworks simulation software of CFD can provide optimization direction for air duct design,improve design speed,reduce development cost and shorten development cycle.
