摘　　要：为提升纺粗号纱用胶圈使用寿命,介绍纺粗号纱时特种纺纱工艺油剂侵蚀胶圈造成的危害,结合粗号纱纺制工艺特点,详述WRA-S25L型耐特种纺纱油剂纺粗号纱用胶圈的技术亮点。通过与不同胶圈进行纺纱实例验证,结果表明该胶圈采用新型高分子材料改性橡塑体系硫化胶和高强低伸合股浸浆线制成,具有刚性强度好、高耐热耐磨、抗夹带短纤维、运转同步性好等特性,增摩减磨能有效防止油剂对胶圈的侵蚀、适应粗号纱纺制工艺需求,且成纱质量稳定、滑溜率小,使用寿命长。To improve the service life of the aprons for spinning coarse yarn,the damage of the oil eroding apron for the special spinning process in spinning coarse yarns is introduced.Combined with the characteristics of coarse yarn spinning process,the technical highlights of aprons WRA-S25 Lwith oil-resistance for special spinning is described in detail.Through the verification of spinning examples with different aprons,the results show that the aprons made of a new polymer material modified rubber-plastic system vulcanizate and high-strength and low-elongation stranded sizing wire,has good rigidity and strength,high heat resistance and abrasion resistance,anti-entrainment short fiber,good running synchronization,increasing friction and reducing wear and other characteristics,can effectively prevent the erosion of the aprons by the oil,adapt to the needs of the coarse yarn spinning process,and has stable yarn quality,small slippage rate and long service life.
