梳棉机和并条机圈条成形浅析

摘　　要：为了保证管纱质量指标,通过案例分析梳棉机和并条机圈条成形不良的原因、异常圈条成形的原因和解决措施,从条子的水平间距、气孔、外圈和光泽度以及常见条子不良等方面总结圈条成形的评价标准。指出:圈条成形质量和条子质量对后工序的质量控制极为重要;圈条成形标准为条子在水平方向层次分明且有间隙,气孔需正、直且贯穿全高,外圈成形要均匀,光泽度要好;日常生产中发现异常要及时处理。In order to ensure the quality index of bobbin yarn,the reasons of bad coiler motion,and the reasons and solutions of abnormal coiler motion of carding machine and drawing frame are analyzed through case analysis,and evaluation standard of coiler motion is summarized from the aspects of horizontal gauge,stomata,outer ring and glossiness of sliver and common sliver defects.It is pointed out that the quality of coiler motion and sliver is very important to the quality control of subsequent process.The forming standard of coiler motion is that the sliver is in the horizontal direction with clear layers and gaps,the stomata should be positive and straight and runs through the full height,and the outer ring should be formed evenly and the glossiness should be better.Any abnormality found in daily production should be handled in time.
