罗拉胶圈状态不良引起的质量案例分析

摘　　要：为了提升纱线质量,避免因牵伸器材状态不良引起成纱质量波动,分析了前罗拉、前胶辊缠花,无下胶圈或下胶圈跑偏、下胶圈受损等状态对成纱质量的影响;通过对波谱图的观察分析,查找条干差、图像异常的原因,消除劣锭。指出:牵伸器材运行状态与成纱质量密切相关,应规范有效地用好纺纱器材,按周期做好清洁、保养、检修、更换等工作。In order to improve the yarn quality and avoid the yarn quality fluctuation caused by the poor condition of drafting accessories,the influence of accessories condition on the yarn quality is analyzed,such as the front roller and front cots entangling,no lower apron or lower apron deviation,and lower apron damage.Through the observation and analysis of the spectrum,we can find out the causes of bad evenness and abnormal image,and eliminate the bad spindle.It is pointed out that the running state of the drafting accessories is closely related to the yarn quality,and the spinning accessories should be used properly and effectively,and cleaned,maintained,overhauled and replaced periodically.
