后区压力棒与新型下销对纱线质量的影响

摘  要:为了探讨使用不同细纱器材专件对集聚纺精梳纯棉成纱质量的改善作用,对比分析上销、下销、摇架刻度不同配置下集聚纺CJ 18.22tex成纱质量,及下销、钳口隔距块不同配置下集聚纺CJ 22.43tex K纱成纱质量和络筒络纱切疵。表明:集聚纺精梳18.22tex纱线使用新型上销、新型下销、3.0mm平面钳口、有后区压力棒、罗拉隔距为17.7mm×27.3mm、摇架刻度(前×中)为-2×46、后区牵伸倍数为1.29时,成纱质量得到较好改善;集聚纺CJ 22.43tex K纱使用阶梯下销和3.0mm平面钳口配置,成纱质量指标改善,络筒切疵减少,但错号切疵增加。In order to discuss the improvement effect of different spinning accessories and parts on the yarn quality of combed compact spinning with pure cotton,compact spinning CJ 18.22 tex yarn quality with different configurations of top cradle,bottom cradle and cradle scale are compared and analyzed,and yarn quality and winding cutting defects of CJ 22.43 tex K yarn under different configurations of bottom cradle and jaw bar spacer are compared and analyzed.The results show that the yarn quality of compact spinning CJ 18.22 tex yarn can be improved when new top cradle,new bottom apron,the 3.0 mm plane jaw,rear-zone pressure bar are used,the roller gauge is 17.7 mm×27.3 mm,the scale of the cradle frame(front×middle)is-2×46,and draft ratio of rear drafting zone is 1.29;the yarn quality of CJ 22.43 tex K yarn can be improved,and the winding cutting defects are reduced,but the wrong count cutting defects are increased with stepped-bottom cradle and 3.0 mm flat jaw configuration.
