摘  要:通风空气温湿度以及通风量是决定储粮通风效果的关键参数。在粮堆温湿水多参数一体化实时检测基础上,基于储粮通风专家系统,开展了冬季小麦降温保水通风的试验研究,研究发现,掌握合适的通风窗口期,可以更加精准地实现降温保水通风的目标。在温度适宜的情况下,在冬季进行通风降温时选择相对湿度在50%以上的夜间或雨雪雾天气,在降低粮温的同时,保水效果较为明显。The air temperature,humidity and ventilation volume are the key parameters to determine the ventilation effect of grain storage.This study carries out an experiment of wheat cooling as well as water preservation in ventilation in winter based on the real-time detection of temperature,humidity and water in grain pile with the expert system of grain storage and ventilation.It is found that the goal of cooling and water preservation in ventilation can be achieved more accurately by catch the appropriate ventilation window period.It is also found that if the temperature is suitable,water retention effect is more obvious in night or in rain,snow and fog weather when the relative humidity is over 50%.
