摘  要:通过盆栽试验,设置不同的镉浓度梯度,解析镉胁迫条件下南欧大戟(Euphorbia peplus L.)的生长情况及其对镉的耐性和富集特性.结果表明:南欧大戟在不同浓度镉胁迫下长势良好,株高随Cd^(2+)浓度的增加先降低后升高,生物量随Cd^(2+)浓度的增加而增加,在Cd^(2+)浓度为160 mg·kg^(-1)时株高和生物量最大,且显著高于对照(P<0.05);不同镉浓度处理组的转移系数均小于1,但对照组的转移系数大于1,处理组与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05);南欧大戟对镉的富集量随Cd^(2+)胁迫浓度的增大而增加.研究结果说明Cd^(2+)胁迫下南欧大戟表现出较好的耐性,镉浓度较高时其对镉的富集效果良好.In this study,a pot culture experiments were carried out with different cadmium concentration gradients to analyze the plant growth,cadmium tolerance and enrichment characteristics of E.peplus under cadmium stress.The results showed that the E.peplus grew well in various cadmium concentrations.Plant height was reduced at first and subsequently raised as Cd^(2+) concentration increased,while biomass was increased as Cd^(2+) concentration enhancing.Plant height and biomass peaked at 160 mg·kg^(-1),and they were significantly higher than the control(P<0.05).The translocation factor of the different treatments were all less than 1,while the control was all greater than 1(P<0.05).The cadmium accumulation of E.peplus increased with the increasing of Cd^(2+) stress concentration.Therefore,the E.peplus exhibited good tolerance to Cd^(2+) stress,and it had better Cd accumulation effect in the soil with higher Cd concentration.
