四通煤矿综采工作面回撤通道支护改进

摘　　要：为进一步提高综采工作面设备回撤效率,保证回撤期间的作业安全,在山西煤炭运销集团四通煤矿4204回采工作面设备回撤期间,使用锚索、钢带配合柔性聚酯增强塑料网挂网支护工艺维护回撤通道顶板。介绍了回撤通道支护设计方案及铺网施工工艺,该工艺在施工过程中降低了工人劳动强度,形成的回撤通道顶板稳定性好,提高了作业期间安全系数,缩短了回撤时间,降低了回撤成本。In order to further improve the withdrawal efficiency of equipment and guarantee the operation security,the roof of withdrawal channel is maintained by hanging mesh support technology with anchor cables and steel belt combined with flexible polyester reinforced plastic net in the 4204 mining face during the withdrawal period.This paper introduces the support design of the withdrawal channel and the netting construction techniques,which could cut the labor intensity,form the stable roofs of the withdrawal channel,improve the safety coefficient,and reduce the withdrawal time and cost.
