摘  要:针对陕西红柳林煤矿巷道受相邻大采高煤层开采影响而产生的巷道失稳、变形严重,原支护体系失效的情况。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析了巷道在大采高煤层回采过程中的应力分布特征及变形规律。结果表明,受大采高煤层采掘扰动影响,巷道采空区侧发生剧烈变形,变形量超实体煤侧变形量的47.5%;顶板总变形量由初始的48.2 mm增加到377.1 mm。提出了在煤层开采时,提前对相邻巷道采空区侧及靠近采空区侧顶板加强支护,避免巷道变形过大,造成损失。In view of the roadway instability,serious deformation and failure of the original supporting system caused by the mining of adjacent coal seams with large mining heights in Shaanxi Hongliulin Coal Mine,the stress distribution characteristics and deformation law of the roadway in the mining process of high mining coal seams are analyzed by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The results show that,influenced by the mining disturbance,the gob side of the roadway deformed severely and its deformation was 47.5%above that of the solid coal side;the total roof deformation increased from 48.2 mm to 377.1 mm.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the support of the adjacent roadways and the roof support near the gob in advance to avoid losses caused by excessive roadway deformation.
