摘 要:为解决高瓦斯煤层群瓦斯致灾因素繁多、瓦斯预抽钻孔工程量大、抽采浓度低等问题,根据高家庄煤矿煤层与瓦斯赋存特征,提出定向长钻孔技术预抽煤巷条带瓦斯,在3号和4号煤层中共施工14个定向长钻孔,分析了定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果和抽采达标情况。研究表明,定向长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯,抽采体积分数最大达到40%,最大抽采纯量达3965.79 m^(3)/d。定向长钻孔技术瓦斯抽采速度快、时间短,能够实现定向的区域消突,效益显著,加快了矿井建设,为新采区开拓提供了安全保障。According to the characteristics of coal seam and gas occurrence in Gaojiazhuang Coal Mine,directional long borehole technology is proposed to predrain the strip gas in roadways,so as to solve some problems,including the various gas disasters in high-gas coal seam group,large amount of drilling work for gas pre-drainage,and low concentration of gas drainage.In the No.3 and No.4 coal seams,14 directional long boreholes were drilled to analyze the effects of gas drainage and whether the drainage meets the standards.The results show that the maximum volume fraction of gas extraction from the pre-drained coal seam with directional long boreholes reaches 40%,and the maximum scalar reaches 3965.79 m^(3)/d.The directional long drilling technology realizes fast and brief gas drainage and local outburst elimination,which could achieve significant benefits,speed up the construction of mines,and provide a safety guarantee for the development of new mining areas.
