摘　　要：基于人前列腺癌LNCa P细胞特异性膜抗原靶点,在多孔过滤板中加入等量^(125)I标记的内参化合物^(125)I-A,再加入不同浓度的待测配体,通过竞争性结合实验方法,研究药物与靶点的亲和性,建立了靶向药物的体外同位素标记筛选方法。Based on the LNCaP cell-specific membrane antigen target for human prostate cancer,an equal amount of ^(^(125))I-labelled reference compound ^(^(125))I-A was added to the porous filter plate,and then different concentrations of ligands to be tested were added.With competitive binding assays,the affinity between drugs and targets wasstudied.We thus establish a screening method for targeted drugs based on isotope labelling invitro.
