摘　　要：采用X射线单次大剂量局部照射的方法,对SD大鼠进行不同剂量的照射,通过观察照射后大鼠的临床症状和组织病理学改变,探讨大鼠放射性直肠炎模型的建立方法。结果表明,X射线大剂量单次局部照射18 Gy能成功诱导大鼠急性放射性直肠炎,该模型适合用于放射性直肠损伤药物治疗效果研究的需要。With high-dose X-rays given twice to SD rats locally in singlepass,we explore to establish a radio-proctitis model in rats,via observing the clinical symptoms and histopathological changes.It shows that acute radio-proctitis in rats can be induced successfully by a single local X-ray exposure of 18 Gy.Our model is suitable for the study of the therapeutic effect of radiorectal damage drugs.
