摘 要:建筑物抗震能力是评估地震灾害风险的关键指标之一,面对近几千万栋的房屋,采用常规的实地走访调研方式较难获取建筑物数据。以遥感影像获取建筑物抗震能力数据具有快速、经济的优势。该文以山西省忻州市为例,应用免费的遥感影像资料,结合实际经验,开展房屋抗震能力评估。结果显示,忻州市房屋的抗震能力普遍较差,其中,城镇地区的房屋抗震能力达标比例是农村地区的约10倍,具有明显优势。忻州市各县的房屋抗震能力达标比例与城镇化率具有正相关性,与其GDP无显著关联。Seismic resistance of houses is one of the key indicators to assess the risk of earthquake disaster.It is difficult to obtain building data by means of routine field visits and surveys for tens of millions of houses in China or the whole province.It is fast and economical to acquire seismic capability data of buildings from remote sensing images.Taking Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province as an example,using free remote sensing image data and combined with practical experience,the seismic resistance of houses is evaluated.The results show that the seismic resistance of houses in Xinzhou City is generally poor,and the proportion of meeting the standard of seismic resistance of houses in urban areas is about 10 times that of rural areas,which has obvious advantages.The proportion of houses that meet the earthquake resistance standards in each county in Xinzhou City has a positive correlation with the urbanization rate,but has no significant correlation with its GDP.
