摘　　要：本文运用文献分析法,结合国内外学者的既有观点,从耕地质量内涵、指标体系构建、耕地质量评价方法三方面梳理了前人研究成果,在此基础上归纳总结理论研究的进展与研究空缺,分别从评价指标与评价方法两方面提出了时空整体考虑、科学管理计算、综合评价方法的优化方向,为未来耕地保护和发展提供理论基础。This paper through the literature analysis method,combined with the existing views of scholars at home and abroad,from the cultivated land quality connotation,index system construction,cultivated land quality evaluation method,summarizes the progress of theoretical research and research vacancy,put forward the overall consideration of time and space,scientific management calculation,comprehensive evaluation method optimization direction,provide a theoretical basis for the future cultivated land protection and development.
