行政法视野下的农村环境污染防治研究

摘　　要：针对农村环境污染现象进行防治处理时,需要强化行政法以及相关制度在其中应用力度,避免农村环境污染防治处理过程中出现违法行为使得行政法视野下农村环境污染防治可以良性开展。本文侧重分析农村环境污染防治,阐述行政法视野下农村环境污染防治的意义和面临的问题,并从行政法和农村环境污染防治要求入手确定相关策略,并在保证具体策略准确性的同时实现行政法视野下农村环境污染防治水平全面提高的目标。For the prevention and treatment of rural environmental pollution, it is necessary to strengthen the application of administrative law and relevant systems, so as to avoid illegal acts in the process of rural environmental pollution prevention and treatment, so that rural environmental pollution prevention and control can be carried out benign from the perspective of administrative law. This paper focuses on the analysis of rural environmental pollution prevention and control, expounds the significance and problems of rural environmental pollution prevention and control from the perspective of administrative law, determines relevant strategies from the requirements of administrative law and rural environmental pollution prevention and control,and realizes the goal of comprehensively improving the level of rural environmental pollution prevention and control from the perspective of administrative law while ensuring the accuracy of specific strategies.
