摘 要:NaFe_(1-x)Co_(x)As单晶因含有碱金属Na元素,暴露在空气中时其表面会剧烈地产生气泡,这为该类单晶的生长和测量带来了难度.为此探究了无水乙醇对降低NaFe_(1-x)Co_(x)As单晶空气敏感性的作用效果,因乙醇分子渗入单晶的Na^(+)层,经无水乙醇浸泡的单晶样品,长时间(超30 d)暴露于空气中,其表面形貌及磁化率等物性几乎稳定不变,这为类似单晶样品在空气中制备电极或测量提供了有益参考.NaFe_(1-x)Co_(x)As single-crystal contains Na,which makes the surface bubble violently when exposed to air.That makes it difficult to grow and measure the single-crystal.To tackle with this problem,the effect of anhydrous ethanol on reducing air sensitivity of NaFe_(1-x)Co_(x)As single-crystal was explored.Having been exposed to air for a long time(over 30 days),the surface morphology,magnetic susceptibility and other physical properties of the anhydride soaked samples were almost stable because ethanol molecules penetrated into the Na^(+) layer of the single-crystal.The study would provide a significant reference for preparation of the electrodes or measurement relacting to the similar samples.
