中药热敷药包结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药热敷药包结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月—2020年3月于枣庄市立医院理疗科就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、观察组,各60例。观察组采用中药热敷包结合针刺治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗,2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗后的临床总有效率、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、腰椎功能障碍(JOA)评分、直腿抬高角度(SLR)。结果 经治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率为91.67%(55/60),明显比对照组的76.67%(46/60)更高(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分、SLR高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药热敷药包结合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可明显减轻患者腰腿部疼痛,并改善其腰椎功能与生活质量,具有可靠的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with traditional.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited department of physiotherapy of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupuncture,and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.2 weeks was a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The total clinical response rate,vi-sual analogue scale(VAS) score,JOA score and SLR before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(55/60),which was significantly higher than 76.67%(46/60)of control group(P < 0.05).VAS score of the observation group was lower than control group( P< 0.05),JOA score and SLR of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can obviously relieve the pain of lumbar and leg,and improve the lum-bar function and quality of life,and has reliable clinical efficacy.
