摘　　要：《伤寒论》是我国医学史上经典必读古籍之一,医圣张仲景以理法方药为基础,开创了六经辨证体系,是后世辨证方法之祖。文章在六经辨证基础上,结合中医肾脏病在太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经中的不同临床特点,探析六经辨证在中医肾脏病中的六经传变以及六经辨治,继而更好地将六经辨证应用于中医肾脏病的辨证治疗。ShangHan Lun is one of the classic must-read ancient b ooks in the history of medicine in my country.Medical Saint Zhang Zhongjing created the system of syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,and is the ancestor of syndrome differentiation methods in later generations.Based on the differentiation of syndromes of the six classics and the clinical characteristics of Chinese medicine kidney disease in the six classics of Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,this article will explore the transmission of syndrome differentiation of six channels theory and the syndrome differentiation of differentiation of syndromes of the six channels in traditional Chinese medicine kidney disease,and then better apply the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory to the treatment of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine kidney disease.
