摘　　要：慢性盆腔痛是妇科常见疾病之一,病因复杂,缠绵难愈,常由盆腔炎性疾病治疗不及时发展而来。马宏博教授发现本病以湿热瘀阻证多见,认为该病证多为虚实夹杂,根本病机为瘀血阻滞,致病因素是湿邪,病位在少腹及冲任。马宏博教授根据“热者寒之”“结者散之”的治病原则,灵活运用“清法”与“消法”,自拟盆炎方治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔痛,以清热祛湿,化瘀散结,疗效满意。Chronic pelvic pain is one of the common diseases in gynecology.The cause is complex,lingering and difficult to heal,and it often develops from pelvic inflammatory diseases that are not treated in time.Professor Ma Hongbo found that the disease is more common with the syndrome of dampness-heat and stasis.She believes that the syndrome is mostly a mixture of deficiency and excess,the basic pathogenesis is blood stasis block,the pathogenic factor is dampness,and the disease is located in Shaofu and ChongRen.Professor Ma Hongbo,based on the treatment principles of“treating hot with cold”and“treating stagnation with dispel”,flexibly used“clearing method”and“eliminating method”,and made the Penyan prescription to treat chronic pelvic pain with damp-ness heat stasis to clear heat,dispel dampness and stagnation,with satisfactory curative effect.
