摘　　要：刘保和教授认为癌症的发病与“奇恒之腑”和“奇经八脉”有关,属于先天疾病;“奇邪”是先天致病因素,是导致癌症的主要原因;“奇病”是先天性疾病,其中即包括癌症,并以此为理论基础,在癌症的治疗方面,不使用一般所说的“抗癌”中药,而是在《金匮要略》“大气一转,其气乃散”理论指导下,主张用方要“抓主症”,采取斡旋气机、升降阴阳的方法,对各类中晚期癌症单纯采用中药治疗,取得了满意的疗效。Professor Liu Baohe thinks that the occurrence of cancer is related to“extraordinary fu-viscera”and“eight extra meridians”and belongs to congenital disease.“Extraordinary pathogen”is congenital pathogenic factor and the main cause of cancer.“Extraordinary disease”is congenital disease,including cancer,and based on this theory,in the treatment of cancer,not the use of com-monly referred to as “anti-cancer”Chinese medicine,but in the “atmosphere of a turn of Synopsis of Golden Chamber under the guidance of the theory.”The author holds that the prescription should“catch the main symptom”,and use the method of mediating qi and promoting yin and yang to treat all kinds of advanced cancer.
