左归丸联合针刺治疗卵巢早衰临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨滋补肝肾联合针灸治疗卵巢早衰临床效果。方法选择于2019年7月—2021年2月在南昌市洪都中医院进行治疗的40例卵巢早衰患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组及观察组,每组患者20例。给予对照组常规西药(口服黄体酮胶囊联合雌二醇片)治疗,给予观察组滋补肝肾(口服左归丸)联合针刺治疗。比较治疗后2组患者黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))激素水平以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后LH、FSH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者出现头晕头痛、肝功能异常、胃肠道不适、血栓不良反应的总发生率为10.00%(2/20),显著低于对照组不良反应的总发生率40.00%(8/20)(P<0.05)。结论左归丸联合针刺治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果显著,能够有效地改善患者的LH、FSH、E_(2)激素水平,促进机体恢复,减少不良反应的发生情况,安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nourishing liver and kidney combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods 40 patients with premature ovarian failure who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to February 2021 were elected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine(oral progesterone capsules combined with Estradiol tablets),and the observation group was given liver and kidney nourishing (oral Zuogui pills) combined with acupuncture.After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),Estradiol (E_(2)) hormones and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LH and FSH levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the E_(2)level was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions of dizziness,headache,liver function abnormalities,tract discomfort and thrombosis in the observation group was 10.00%(2/20),which was significantly lower than the total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group of 40.00%(8/20)(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuogui pills combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.It can effectively improve the levels of LH,FSH and E_(2)hormones in patients,promote body recovery,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
