疏肝解郁滋肾汤治疗痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨疏肝解郁滋肾汤对痤疮患者红斑色素沉着及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取大连广益德中医医院78例痤疮患者,随机分为2组,各39例。对照组采取5%过氧化苯甲酰治疗,试验组联用解郁滋肾消痤汤,4周为1个疗程。比较临床疗效、红斑程度评分、色素沉着评分、血清炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,IL-8、TNF-α水平、红斑程度评分、色素沉着评分较低,IFN-γ水平较高(P<0.05)。结论 疏肝解郁滋肾汤应用于痤疮后能够改善红斑及色素沉着,调节机体血清细胞因子水平,具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu Zishen decoction on erythema pigmentation and inflammatory factors in acne patients.Methods 78 cases of acne patients in Dalian Guangyide Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly di-vided into two groups,with 39 cases in each.The control group received 5% benzoyl peroxide,and the experimental group received more with Jieyu Zishen Xiaocuo decoction,and 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,erythema score,pigmentation score and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α,erythema degree score,pigmentation score were lower,and IFN-γlevel was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Zishen decoction can improve erythema and pigmentation and regulate serum cy-tokine level after acne.
