摘  要:目的 通过观察针刀镜联合股四头肌训练对膝关节骨性关节炎的干预作用,探讨KOA形成原因及治疗新思路。方法将60例KOA患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组采用股四头肌训练及针刺进行干预,观察组采用针刀镜联合股四头肌训练进行干预。对比2组膝关节治疗前及治疗2周、4周、8周后VAS评分、股四头肌肌力、膝关节活动度及Lysholm评分。结果 经不同手段干预后,观察组膝关节VAS评分、股四头肌肌力、膝关节活动度及Lysholm评分较对照组均有显著性改善,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.01)。结论 针刀镜联合股四头肌训练方案对KOA有较好的治疗作用,能够有效缩短KOA患者康复时间。Objective To observe the intervention effect of acupotoscope combined with quadriceps femoris training on knee os-teoarthritis(KOA),and to explore the causes of KOA and new treatment ideas.Methods 60 cases of KOA patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group received quadriceps femoris training and acupuncture intervention,while the observation group received quadriceps femoris training combined with acupotoscope.VAS score,quadriceps femoris muscle strength,knee joint mobility and Lysholm score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After intervention by different means,there were significant differences in VAS score,quadriceps femoris muscle strength,knee joint activity and Lysholm score between the observation group and the con-trol group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupotoscope combined with quadriceps femoris training program has a better therapeutic effect on KOA,and can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time of knee osteoarthritis patients.
