白术厚朴汤和敷和汤的临床应用体会

摘　　要：白术厚朴汤和敷和汤是十六首三因司天方中的二首,出自宋代医学大家陈无择的《三因极一病证方论》,清代医家缪问总结临床经验,对《三因司天方》加以详细注释,流传于世。清代王旭高总结历代龙砂医家经验,编著《运气证治歌诀》一书传世,至今仍影响后世医家的临床治疗。笔者跟师于顾植山教授,细细揣摩,总结经验,并根据2019年运气特点,运用白术厚朴汤和敷和汤,取得了较好的临床疗效。Baizhu Houpu decoction and Fuhe decoction are two of 16 sanyin sitian formulas,and come from San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun.The author is Chen Wuze,a medical master in Song Dynasty.Miu Wen,a doctor in Qing Dynasty,annotated San Yin Si Tian Fang.Wang Xugao,a doctor in Qing Dynasty,summarized the clinical experiences of Longsha medical school,wrote a book Yun Qi Zheng Zhi Ge Jue.Author followed professor Gu Zhishan,summarized experiences,applied Baizhu Houpu decoction and Fuhe decoction,and got the better clinical effects.
