摘　　要：目的 研究一套HPLC快速测定康骨宁颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 运用高效液相色谱测定芍药苷的含量,对供试品溶液系统适应性、稳定性、重复性等因素进行考察。结果 HPLC法测定康骨宁中芍药苷含量的线性、稳定性、重复性良好。结论 HPLC法对康骨宁颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定特点是操作简便、准确快速,可以用于检测康骨宁中芍药苷的含量。Objective To develop a HPLC method for rapid determination of paeoniflorin in Kangguoning granules.Methods The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.The adaptability,stability and repeatability of the system were investigated.Results The determination of paeoniflorin in Kangguning by HPLC was linear,stable and reproducible.Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kangguning granules is simple,accurate and rapid.It can be used for the determination of paeoniflorin in Kangguning granules.
