穴位贴敷及按摩护理干预对肺癌化疗患者消化道反应及睡眠障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察中医穴位贴敷及按摩护理干预对肺癌化疗患者消化道反应及睡眠障碍的影响。方法 选取2018年5月—2020年5月江西省吉安市中心人民医院60例肺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(常规护理+中医穴位贴敷及按摩护理)与对照组(常规护理)2组,各30例。比较2组患者护理前后睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、生活质量评分以及消化道不良反应发生率。结果 2组患者PSQI各项评分经过护理均降低,低于护理前,观察组护理后各项评分较对照组低差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后生活质量评分较对照组改善更为显著差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);2组患者消化道不良反应发生率比较观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医穴位贴敷及按摩护理干预有利于改善肺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍,缓解消化道反应,提升患者生活质量,可在临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage nursing intervention of on gastrointestinal reaction and sleep disturbance in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,60 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(conventional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine acu-point application and massage nursing) and control group(conventional nursing),with 30 cases in each.The sleep quality score(PSQI),quality of life score and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The PSQI scores of the two groups of patients were reduced after nursing,and were lower than before nursing.The scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group( P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher after nursing.The improvement in the control group was more significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and massage nursing intervention are beneficial to improve the sleep disorder of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,relieve gastrointestinal reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be widely promoted in clinic.
