摘 要:目的 探究课程思政与岗位人才培养模式在提高中医护理生学习适应能力中的效果影响。方法 纳入2018年10月—2020年10月中国医科大学附属盛京医院的94名应届护理生并依照随机数字分表法将其分为2组,观察组为实行思政岗位人才培养,参照组为常规人才培养路径,比较其应用效果。结果 参照组学习适应能力低于观察组;并且和参照组的考试成绩比较,观察组的理论及操作成绩均相对较高(P<0.05)。结论 岗位人才培养模式的实行,其不仅可以进一步提高学生的学习适应能力,还可以提高其考试成绩,应用效果非常明显。Objective To explore the effect of curriculum ideology and politics and post-talent training model in improving the learn-ing adaptability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing students.Methods A total of 94 junior college nursing students from October 2018 to October 2020 in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the numerical sub-table method.The observation group applied curriculum ideology and politics and post-talent training model,and the control group routine teaching.Its application effect was compared.Results The learning adaptability of the control group was lower than that of the observation group.Compared with the test scores of the control group,the theoretical and op-erational scores of the observation group were relatively higher( P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the post-talent training model can not only further improve students’ learning adaptability,but also improve their test scores.The application effect is very obvious.
