中医药治疗分水岭脑梗死的研究进展

摘　　要：分水岭脑梗死是临床脑梗死中的常见类型。随着人们对于分水岭脑梗死研究的进一步加深,分水岭脑梗死的中医药研究方面同时也取得了很大的进展。此文尝试从分水岭脑梗死的中医病因病机、体质分型、辨证论治、中成药的治疗、针灸治疗等方面对分水岭脑梗死的中医药研究进展进行综合论述,为分水岭脑梗死的临床治疗提供理论依据。Watershed cerebral infarction is a common type of cerebral infarction.the research of traditional Chinese medicine for the watershed cerebral infarction has been made great progress with the further deepening of research on watershed cerebral infarction.This article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine research on watershed cerebral infarction from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,physical constitution,syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese patent medicine and acupuncture therapy and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
