摘 要:通过对复合材料力学性能测试、热失重分析、扫描电镜、X射线分析等测试手段表征了7种不同种类添加剂对可陶瓷化硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:添加剂的引入使得陶瓷体的残余质量分数有较大提升,复合材料热稳定性有一定程度提高。当添加剂为铝(Al)、碳化硼(B_(4)C)、氮化硼(BN)时,对于复合材料热稳定性以及陶瓷体力学性能的提高较为明显,综合性能由好到差依次为:Al>B_(4)C>BN>未添加。The effect of seven types of additives on mechanical properties of composites was studied, and the composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray analysis and other testing methods. Results showed that the additives can greatly improve the residual mass fraction of ceramic and the thermal stability of composites. When the additives were aluminum (Al ), boron carbide (B_(4)C ) and boron nitride (BN ), the thermal stability and physical properties of the composites were significantly improved, and the comprehensive properties showed that Al>B_(4)C>BN>blank.
