摘  要:采用偶联剂和酯类化合物混合制得增粘剂A、B,探讨了增粘剂种类和用量对液体硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,增粘剂A更适宜制备玻纤涂覆用液体硅橡胶,当增粘剂A的用量为体系总质量的0.4%时,液体硅橡胶的可操作性较好,硫化后对玻纤基材的附着力好,剥离强度达0.84 kN/m;邵尔A硬度为42度,回弹性为77%,拉伸强度为4.0 MPa,拉断伸长率为274%,撕裂强度为10.4 kN/m。增粘剂A的加入对硫化特性有影响,而对胶料硫化后的力学性能的影响较小。The tackifier A and B were prepared by mixing coupling agent and ester compounds, the effect of types and content of tackifiers on properties of liquid silicone rubber (LSR ) was discussed. The results show that tackifier A is good for LSR for glass fiber coating. The content of tackifier is 0.4% of the total mass, and the viscosity of LSR is 4.26×10^(4) mPa · s. After curing, the LSR had good adhesion to glass fiber, with peel strength of 0.84 kN/m, Shore A hardness of 42, rebound resilience of 77%, tensile strength of 4.0 MPa , elongation at break of 274%, and tear strength of 10.4 kN/m. The tackifier A has some influence on the vulcanization of LSR, but has little influence on the mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber.
