摘  要:有机硅甲基单体合成过程中,催化体系起到至关重要的作用。简述了直接法使用催化剂的研究历程,为获得高效催化体系所做的一系列催化剂及助剂开发和改进尝试。研究证明,铜系列催化体系是性价比最高的催化体系。铜粉作为催化剂的使用方法非常简单:将铜粉/硅粉及助催化剂混匀后进行加热,硅粉便与氯甲烷反应生成甲基氯硅烷,但催化效果并不理想。随着科研人员对催化剂体系研究的不断深入,开发了大量助催化剂,与此同时对催化剂微观结构的研究也进一步深入,呈现出精细化、微观化的研究趋势。The catalytic system plays an important role in the synthesis of organosilicon monomer. The research history of catalyst by direct method is briefly described, and the attempts to develop and improve catalysts and promoters for obtaining high efficiency catalytic system are summarized. A series of studies have proved that copper series catalytic system is the most cost-effective catalytic system. The use of copper powder as catalyst is simple: after mixing copper powder/silicon powder and co-catalyst, the silicon powder will react with MeCl to form methyl chlorosilane, but the catalytic effect is not ideal. With more research on the catalyst system, researchers have developed a large number of co-catalysts. At the same time, the research on the microstructure of the catalyst is also further in-depth, showing a trend of fine and microscopic research.
