摘　　要：三甲基碘硅烷是一种重要的硅烷化试剂,在化工和医药领域应用广泛。综述了三甲基碘硅烷在抗生素原料药头孢洛宁、头孢吡肟、硫酸头孢匹罗以及硫酸头孢喹肟等药物合成中的应用,为开发更加高效、经济的抗生素药物合成方法提供借鉴意义,并对其发展前景进行了展望。Trimethyliodosilane is an important silylation reagent, which is widely used in chemistry and medicine. The application of trimethyliodosilane in the synthesis of antibiotic raw materials such as cephalonium, cefepime, cefpirome sulfate and cefquinome sulfate has been reviewed, which provides reference for the development of more efficient and economic methods for the synthesis of antibiotics. The development trend of trimethyliodosilane is also prospected.
