2020年湖南省国家免疫规划疫苗报告接种率分析

摘　　要：目的分析湖南省2020年国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗常规免疫报告接种率。方法从中国免疫规划信息管理系统(NIPIS)导出湖南省2020年常规免疫接种情况报表,用Microsoft Excel 2016软件和SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行整理与分析,两样本率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果湖南省2020年常规免疫接种率监测报告县、乡级报告完整率分别为100.00%和99.99%;22剂NIP疫苗报告接种率均≥98%,乙型肝炎疫苗首针及时报告接种率为97.74%,有8个县(6.1%)、9个乡(0.5%)1~2剂次NIP疫苗报告接种率<90%,1个县(0.8%)、1个乡(0.1%)3~5剂次NIP疫苗报告接种率<90%。DTP脱漏率为3.45%,有51.15%的县区DTP的脱漏率<5%,19.08%的县区DTP脱漏率≥10%。结论湖南省各市州、县区、乡镇NIP疫苗报告接种率均处于较高水平,但利用接种率监测数据直接识别低接种率地区能力较弱。Objective To analyze the reported coverage of vaccines in the National Immunization Program(NIP)of Hunan Province in 2020.Methods The report of routine immunization in Hunan Province in 2020 was collected from NIPIS.The data were sorted and analyzed by using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 18.0.Chi-square tests were used to compare rates.Results The report completeness rates of county and township level were 100%and 99.99%,respectively.The reported coverage rate of 22 doses of NIP vaccine was≥98%in the whole province.The timely reported coverage rate of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine was 97.74%.There were 8 counties(6.1%)and 9 towns(0.5%)reported coverage rate of 1-2 doses of NIP vaccine<90%,while 1 county(0.8%)and 1 town(0.1%)reported coverage rate of 3-5 doses of NIP vaccine<90%.The DTP leakage rate of the whole province was 3.45%.Specifically,51.15%of the counties had a DTP leakage rate of less than 5%,and 19.08%of the counties had a DTP leakage rate of more than 10%.Conclusions The reported coverage rate of NIP vaccine is at a high level in cities,counties,districts and towns of Hunan Province.But the ability to directly identify areas with low coverage rate is weak by using the monitoring data of coverage rate.
