摘 要:南京江北新区人才公寓社区中心项目设计中,以全生命周期净零碳排放为目标,围绕可持续的社区与环境,通过室外阶梯剧场、城市森林、能量山等建筑手法,诠释了社区中心的文化内核,营造了舒适宜人的公共空间与交往场所,以建筑设计实现对低碳行为的引导;采用木结构体系和光伏与屋顶一体化的系统,通过直流微电网系统实现分布式可再生能源就地消纳,结合去设备化的被动式设计,探索夏热冬冷地区零碳建筑的技术路径。The design of Talent Apartment Community Center project in Jiangbei new district of Nanjing was based on net zero carbon discharge target in the whole life cycle, as well as sustainable community and environment concepts. It used some architectural concepts, such as outdoor terrace theater, urban forest and energy mountain, etc., to explain the core culture of this community center and created comfortable public space and meeting place. It realized low-carbon discharge behavior guidance based on architectural design. Integrated roofing system combining timber structure system and photovoltaic system was used to realize regenerable resource on-situ absorption through DC micro power grid system. Equipment-free passive design was adopted to explore the technical realization method of zero carbon discharge building in region with hot summer and cold winder.
