摘  要:2022年北京冬季奥运会旋转楼梯项目为空间双曲面螺旋箱型钢结构,刚性连接。旋转楼梯为底板封闭式,曲率半径小,底板、箱型梯梁翼板、腹板卷制难度大,需搭设工装胎架进行空间组装、焊接,制作难度大。楼梯制作时根据实体模型搭设胎架,绘制单个零件展开下料详图,采用数控编程下料,卷板机卷制,主体焊缝焊接完成后使用全站仪进行空间点坐标测量,以保证楼梯的制作精度。The 2022 Winter Olympic spiral stair project is a spatial hyperbolic spiral box steel structure with rigid connection. The bottom of the spiral stair is closed and has small curvature, so coiling construction of bottom plate, box flange plate and web plate needs to set installation frame for spatial assembly and welding, which is of great difficulty. Installation frame was erected during stair construction according to the practical model. Cutting drawings were designed for each parts and numerical control programming technique was used for material cutting and rolling machine for coiling.Full-station meter was used after welding of the main body to carry out spatial point coordinate measurement. The construction accuracy of the stair project was successfully guaranteed.
