摘　　要：低碳试点城市建设和新兴产业发展都是中国经济转型发展的重要动力,两者能否实现融合对中国的绿色转型发展起着关键作用。基于集聚理论,文章选取1659家企业测算了153个地级市的新兴产业发展指数,采用2012—2018年的面板数据实证检验了低碳试点城市建设对新兴产业发展的直接影响和间接影响,并运用空间杜宾模型对低碳试点城市建设的溢出效应进行了分析。研究结果表明:低碳试点城市建设会对新兴产业发展产生正向影响,经过一些列稳健性检验后该结论依然成立;从影响渠道来看,低碳试点城市建设对新兴产业的影响主要通过对地方政府政策和市场需求的调节来实现;从空间来看,低碳试点城市建设存在空间溢出效应,会对相邻城市新兴产业的发展产生负向影响。Low-carbon pilot cities and the development of emerging industries are both important driving forces for China’s economic transformation and development. Whether they can achieve integrated development plays a key role in China’s green transfor-mation and development. Based on the theory of agglomeration, this paper selects 1659 companies to measure the emerging industry development index of 153 prefecture-level cities, and then empirically examines the direct and indirect influence of low-carbon pilot cities on the development of emerging industries based on the panel data from 2012 to 2018. Furthermore, we use the spatial Dubin model to analyze the spillover effects of low-carbon pilot city. The research results show that: The construction of low-carbon pilot cities will have a positive influence on the development of emerging industries, and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. From the perspective of influence channels, the influence of the construction of low-carbon pilot cities on emerging industries is mainly achieved through the adjustment of local government policies and market demand. From a spatial perspective, the construction of low-carbon pilot cities has spatial spillover effects, which will have a negative influence on the development of emerging industries in neighboring cities.
