摘 要:针对高硫煤700 MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉低氮燃烧改造后易出现水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,提出了低氮燃烧改造协同贴壁风技术的联合解决方案:1)增加3层/12只贴壁风量,以提高还原性区域近壁O;体积分数,降低CO和H;S体积分数,减少冲刷水冷壁面的腐蚀介质量;2)采用数值模拟方法优化贴壁风角度,当贴壁风倾角为60°时,近水冷壁面H;S体积分数最低,即还原性区域、主燃区域和冷灰斗区域的近水冷壁面处H;S体积分数分别为4.04×10^(-5)、8×10^(-5)和26×10^(-5),水冷壁面温度降低,可有效预防水冷管壁超温,减少水冷壁面高温腐蚀。数值模拟结果与试验结果均表明,贴壁风倾角为60°时能有效解决高硫煤锅炉低氮燃烧改造出现的水冷壁高温腐蚀问题。Aiming at solving the problem of high temperature corrosion of water wall after low nitrogen combustion transformation of 700 MW tangentially-fired boiler burning high sulfur coal,this paper proposes a solution of low nitrogen transformation combined with wall adhering air technology.In this solution,three layers/12 pieces nearwall air is added to increase the volume fraction of oxygen in reducing area near the water wall,thus to reduce the volume fraction of CO and H;S,and decrease the quantity of corrosive medium scouring the water wall surface.Numerical simulation method is used to optimize the near-wall air angle.When the near-wall air angle is 60°,the volume fraction of H;S near the water wall is the lowest,that is,the volume fraction of H;S near the water wall in the reducing region,the main combustion region and the cold ash bucket region are 4.04×10^(-5),8×10^(-5)and 26×10^(-5),respectively.At the same time,the water wall temperature decreases,which can prevent overtemperature of the water wall effectively and slow high temperature corrosion of the water wall.The numerical simulation results are in well agreement with the experimental results,indicating that the near-wall air angle of 60°can effectively solve the high temperature corrosion of water wall in low nitrogen combustion reform of high sulfur coal boiler.
