摘  要:超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在运行中发生传热恶化使水冷壁出现裂纹,增加水冷壁爆管和泄漏的概率。以某在建超超临界CFB锅炉为研究对象,建立膜式水冷壁的二维有限元计算模型,分析不同传热恶化程度对水冷壁的温度和热应力的影响。结果表明:正常传热与传热恶化时水冷壁管内外壁面温度随方位角θ的变化规律一致,传热恶化时水冷壁的温度整体升高,最高温度由向火侧鳍片中点转移至水冷壁管向火侧顶点;水冷壁管向火侧变形的变化趋势和温度的变化趋势相同,传热恶化时水冷壁的温度和热应力会超过材料的允许温度和屈服强度,反复的传热恶化是导致水冷壁爆管的重要因素。Heat transfer deterioration of supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler in operation causes cracks in water wall, which increases the probability of tube bursting and leakage of water wall. Taking an ultrasupercritical CFB boiler under construction as the research object, a two-dimensional finite element calculation model for membrane water wall is established to analyze the influences of different heat transfer deterioration degrees on the temperature and thermal stress of water wall. The results show that, the changes of the inner and outer wall temperatures of the water wall tubes with azimuth angle θ are consistent between normal heat transfer and heat transfer deterioration. When heat transfer deterioration occurs, the temperature of water wall rises as a whole, and the highest temperature shifts from the middle point of fin to the top of fire side of the water wall tubes.The change trend of deformation of the water wall tube towards fire side is the same as that of temperature. When the heat transfer deteriorates, the temperature and thermal stress of the water wall will exceed the allowable temperature and yield strength of the material, and repeated heat transfer deterioration is an important factor leading to tube bursting of the water wall.
