新形势下在美孔子学院的组织合法性问题研究

摘　　要：特朗普执政以来,中美关系日益恶化,作为中美合作建立的非营利性教育机构,在美孔子学院也面临组织合法性危机。基于实用合法性、道德合法性和认知合法性三个层面的组织合法性理论,采用社会网络分析和关键词频分析的方法,对2019-2020年间与孔子学院相关的主流媒体文本和社交媒体言论进行话语分析发现,在美孔子学院组织合法性危机的发生与东道国政府、媒体等利益群体息息相关。化解该危机,重建在美孔子学院组织合法性,可从再造孔院实用合法性的文化内核、重塑孔院道德合法性的在地传播、整合孔院认知合法性的生态理性等方面入手。Since Donald Trump took office,Sino-U.S.relation has been deteriorating.Confucius Institutes in the United States,a non-profit educational institution jointly established by the two countries,are facing organizational legitimacy crisis.Based on the organizational legitimacy theory of practical legitimacy,moral legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy and using the methods of social network analysis and key words frequency analysis,this paper makes a discourse analysis on the mainstream media texts and social media statements related to Confucius Institutes from 2019 to 2020.Results show that the current organizational legitimacy crisis of Confucius Institutes in the United States is closely related to the host government,the media and relevant interest groups.To resolve this crisis and rebuild the organizational legitimacy,we can start with reconstructing the cultural core of the practical legitimacy,reshaping the local propagation of the moral legitimacy,and integrating the ecological rationality of the cognitive legitimacy.
