摘 要:齐其政、修其教、因其俗,是古代中国在构筑中华民族共同体上的主要政治文化传统。齐其政,就是政令刑法划一,维护大一统的政治局面;修其教,就是要以礼义教化化育各民族,促进文化交流和融合;因其俗,就是依据不同风俗习惯进行治理,以维持一定程度上的自治。这对于今天提倡的“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”具有启示:政治认同是前提,即对中国共产党的领导的认同,对中国特色社会主义道路、制度等的认同;文化认同是根脉,即既要尊重和保护各民族文化特色,又要促进文化交流和文化沟通,推进中华各民族共享的中华文化的转化和创新发展;发展是总钥匙,即要通过发展经济、发展文化、提升各民族的生活水平等途径,最终铸牢中华民族共同体意识。The main political and cultural tradition of ancient China in the construction of the Chinese national community is to unify politics and criminal law and maintain the political situation of great unity. To cultivate its education is to educate all ethnic groups with etiquette and righteousness and promote cultural exchange and integration. Because of its customs, it is to govern according to different customs in order to maintain a certain degree of autonomy. This has implications for today’s advocacy of “forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community”:political identity is the premise, that is, the identity of the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the identity of the road and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Cultural identity is the root, that is, we should not only respect and protect the cultural characteristics of all ethnic groups, but also promote cultural exchanges and cultural communication, and promote the transformation and innovative development of Chinese culture shared by all ethnic groups. Development is the master key, that is, through the development of economy, culture and the improvement of the living standards of all ethnic groups, we should finally forge the consciousness of the Chinese national community.
