摘　　要：2021年,由天津中医药大学名誉校长、“人民英雄”张伯礼院士牵头筹建的现代中医药海河实验室正式揭牌。实验室探索并建立有利于创新人才迅速成长的管理新模式,与之相适应,实验室根据各PI团队构成情况探索“把支部建在PI上”,推动新形势下的党的基层组织建设创新发展。在设想和实践的双重视角下,作为一次党建领域的探索,“把支部建在PI上”对于中医药事业发展将起到积极的推动作用。In 2021,Haihe Laboratory of Modern Chinese Medicine,led by honorary president of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine and academician ZHANG Bo-li,the People’s Heroes,was officially unveiled.The laboratory explores and establishes a new management model conducive to the burst of innovative talents.Accordingly,the laboratory explores“Set up the branch in the PI”according to the composition of each PI team,promotes the innovation of the party’s grass-roots organization construction under the new situation.From the dual perspective of assumption and practice,as an exploration in the field of Party construction,“Set up the branch in the PI”will positively improve the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
