新文科引领国防特色高校课程人文精神塑造路径研究

摘　　要：基于549份学生问卷调研、54位教师及20家企业深度访谈,分析如何依托新文科建设框架引领国防特色高校课程人文精神塑造。结果表明:多数学生对课程人文精神持有任务导向型观点,并不明确如何主动将人文精神与课程内涵相融合。相比之下,女生及研究生更期望教师多元化地传授人文精神;教师表达了对课程人文精神融入方式的困惑,建议学校给予针对性指导并拓展产学研协同育人平台,强化人文精神对学生职业发展的意义;企业建议国防特色高校着力培养学生工匠精神、爱国情怀与社会责任等人文素养。Based on questionnaires from 549 students and in-depth interviews from 54 teachers and 20 firms,analyze how to guide the shaping of humanistic spirit of curriculum in colleges and universities with national defense characteristics based on the framework of new liberal arts construction.The results show that:Most students hold a task-oriented view of the humanistic spirit of curriculum,and do not know how to proactively integrate the humanistic spirit with connotation of curriculum.In contrast,female students and graduate students expect teachers to pass on humanistic spirit in a diversified way.Teachers express their confusions about the integration of humanistic spirit into curriculum,and suggest that universities should give targeted guidance and expand the collaborative education platform of IUR,in order to strengthen the significance of humanistic spirit to students’career development.Firms suggest that colleges and universities with national defense characteristics focus on cultivating students’humanistic qualities,e.g.craftsmanship,patriotism,and social responsibility.
