摘 要:通过熔融共混制备PA11/SiC复合材料并研究其电磁性质和微波吸收性能。实验表明在SiC含量为10%的PA11/SiC复合材料在厚度为2 mm时,具有比较强的吸收,达到-26 dB,且反射衰减低于-10 dB(代表超过90%的吸收)的频带宽度超过4 GHz,是一种微波波段优异的吸收材料。PA11/SiC composites were prepared by superfusion blending and their electromagnetic properties and microwave absorption properties were studied.Experiments showed that the PA11/SiC composite material with 10%SiC has a relatively strong absorption ability up to-26 dB at the thickness of 2 mm,and its reflection attenuation less than-10 dB(representing more than 90%absorption)has a frequency band width of more than 4 GHz,which is an excellent absorption material at microwave band.
