聚丙烯管材增韧材料的制备与物理性能分析

摘  要:为提升聚丙烯水管材料的物理性能,利用TMB-5和WBG-2两种β成核剂对单纯PPR-R503实施改性处理,进而制备出不同成分、不同配比的聚丙烯水管增韧材料。针对聚丙烯水管增韧材料实施弯曲性能测试和拉伸性能测试,通过实验结果分析PPR-R503在持续加入β成核剂过程中的物理性能变化趋势。经实验研究发现,于PPR-R503中适当添加β成核剂可显著提升PPR-R503材料的断裂伸长率,在聚丙烯水管增韧方面具有一定的应用价值。In order to improve the physical properties of polypropylene toughening materials for water pipes,we used twoβnucleating agents,TMB-5 and WBG-2,to carry out the modified treatment of pure PPR-R503,and then prepared such toughening materials with different components and ratios.On this basis,bending and stretch performance tests were made on the prepared materials,and the physical performance trends of PPR-R503 were analyzed in the process of continuous addition ofβnucleating agents.It was found that the tensile fracture the nominal strain level of PPR-R503 material can be significantly improved if theβnucleating agent is properly added into PPR-R503,which has a certain application value in toughening polypropylene water pipes.
