摘  要:在H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O_(2)体系中,通过添加过硫酸钠(Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8))作为插层剂,成功制备了膨胀石墨。利用SEM、XRD、FTIR、Raman等对膨胀石墨样品的形貌、结构、官能团、结构有序度等进行了表征,并探讨了过硫酸钠用量对膨胀石墨的膨胀容、电导率的影响,结果表明:过硫酸钠对鳞片石墨有较弱的氧化作用及显著的插层膨胀效果,在硫酸、双氧水、过硫酸钠用量分别为6 mL、1.25 mL、6 g时,膨胀石墨的膨胀容最大,为179 mL/g。采用化学插层自膨胀法制备的膨胀石墨的技术指标满足GB 10698-1989《可膨胀石墨》中KP300-Ⅲ型优等品的指标要求。In the system of H _(2)SO _(4)-H _(2)O _(2),expanded graphite was prepared by use of chemical self-expansion process with addition of sodium persulfate as an intercalator.The morphology,structure,functional group,and structure order degree of the expanded graphite sample were characterized by means of XRD,FTIR,SEM and Raman.The results show that sodium persulfate functions a poor oxidation but a significant intercalation expansion effect on flake graphite.When the amount of sulfuric acid,hydrogen peroxide and sodium persulfate were 6 mL,1.25 mL and 6 grams respectively,the maximum expansion capacity of expanded graphite was 179 mL/g.The technical results of expanded graphite prepared using chemical intercalation self-expansion method meet the specifications for KP300-Ⅲproducts as stated in Code GB 10688-1989 for expansible graphite.
