摘 要:基于开发一种高性能工厂现场实时监测系统的目的,采用高性能实时以太网及分布式监测方案,系统具备低于100μs的高实时性及本地、远程监测功能,使用高性能实时以太网传输工厂大量实时数据,系统有一个主站和多个从站,每个从站设备有灵活的接口及扩展GUI功能,能便捷接入目标系统或设备。通过对系统实时性及通信机制进行分析并测试系统关键指标,实验证明,系统单通道达到不低于10 kHz的采样率,实现预期设计目标。该系统可将工厂众多设备接入高带宽网络,为实现智能工厂打下基础。Based on the purpose of developing a high-performance factory site real-time monitoring system,high-performance real-time Ethernet and distributed monitoring solutions are adopted. The system has high real-time performance of less than 100 μs and local and remote monitoring functions. It uses high-performance real-time Ethernet to transmit the factory. A large amount of real-time data. The system has a master station and multiple slave stations. Each slave station device has a flexible interface and extended GUI function,which can be easily connected to the target system or device,and analyze and test the real-time performance and communication mechanism of the system. The key indicators of the system. Experiments have proved that the single channel of the system achieves a sampling rate of not less than 10 kHz,achieving the expected design goals. This system can connect many equipment in the factory to a high-bandwidth network,laying the foundation for the realization of a smart factory.
