摘 要:基于半导体激光器的用电需求,针对传统BUCK恒流源技术和储能电容线性放电输出技术的不足,提出了一种新的大功率高重频脉冲激光电源实现方案。通过对相关电路及结构进行的电性能及热仿真分析以及两台工程样机与激光器负载的对接实验,表明所研究的脉冲激光电源具有高重频、大功率、高动态响应、高同步精度等特点,输出的脉冲电流宽度、重复频率、电流大小均可调,最大脉冲宽度为500μs,最高重复频率为500 Hz,输出电压为260~280 V,单路满载输出最大电流为390 A,上升沿时间小于45μs,上升沿同步时间小于5μs,下降沿时间小于25μs,下降沿同步时间小于2.5μs,对研究大功率半导体激光器的驱动电源具有重要的实用意义。Based on the power demand of semiconductor laser,aiming at the shortcomings of traditional buck constant current source technology and energy storage capacitor linear discharge output technology,a new scheme of high power and high repetition rate pulse laser power supply is proposed. Through the analysis of electrical performance and thermal simulation of related circuit and structure,and the docking experiment of two engineering prototypes and laser load,the results show that the studied pulse laser power supply is effective The optical power supply has the characteristics of high repetition rate,high power,high dynamic response and high synchronization accuracy. The output pulse current width,repetition rate and current size can be adjusted. The maximum pulse width is 500 μs,the maximum repetition rate is 500 Hz,the output voltage is 260~280 V,the maximum single full load output current is 390 A,the rising edge time is less than 45 μs,the rising edge synchronization time is less than 5 μs,and the falling edge time is less than 5 μs. It is less than 25 μs and the falling edge synchronization time is less than 2.5 μs. This paper has important practical significance for the study of high-power semiconductor laser driving power supply.
