后扶贫时代行业特色型高校帮扶育人的内涵深化及实践思考

摘　　要：中共中央、国务院在《关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》中提出了坚持全员全过程全方位育人的要求,针对高校勾画出“大育人”体系的框架。同时,助力脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴是广大高校主动对接国家战略、服务社会的重要平台,在高校帮助贫困地区实现脱贫摘帽,迈入乡村振兴的进程中,高校师生也获得了更好地了解国情省情社情民情的机会,尤其是广大青年学子在广阔的育人平台上既锤炼了意志品质,也在理论与实践相结合的过程中增长了才干。本文研究行业特色型高校在后扶贫时代做好帮扶工作、助力乡村振兴的基础上,立足自身优势,将育人融入帮扶,探索此类高校帮扶育人实践及发展路径。为进一步明晰帮扶和育人的辩证关系,推动后扶贫时代帮扶育人理论与实践的研究提供思考和借鉴。In the"Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation",the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward the requirements of insisting on all-round education of all employees and the whole process,and outlined the framework of the"Great Education"system for colleges and universities.At the same time,assisting poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is an important platform for colleges and universities to actively connect with national strategies and serve the society.In the process of helping poor areas to achieve poverty alleviation andruralrevitalization,college teachers and students have also gained a better understanding of national,provincial and social conditions and people’s sentiments.Especially for the young students,they not only have tempered their will and qualities on a broad education platform,but also have grown their abilities in the process of combining theory and practice.This paper studies the industry-specific colleges and universities while doing a good job in poverty alleviation,based on their own advantages,integrates education into poverty alleviation,and explores the practice and development path of poverty alleviation and education in such colleges and universities.This paper provides ideas and reference for further clarifying the dialectical relationship between poverty alleviation and education and promoting the research on the theory and practice of poverty alleviation and education in the post-poverty era.
