摘　　要：[目的]建立一种能够快速检测代森锰锌原药中乌洛托品(HMTA)杂质的气相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]使用DB-1701色谱柱和FID检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标,测定代森锰锌原药中HMTA杂质的含量。[结果]HMTA的线性相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为2.64%,平均回收率为91.51%。[结论]该方法操作简便,快速,准确度和精密度高,适用于代森锰锌原药中HMTA杂质的检测。[Aims]This study aims to establish a gas chromatography quantitative analysis method for rapid detection of hexamethylenetetramine in mancozeb. [Methods]The content of hexamethylenetetramine in mancozeb was detected by using DB-1701 column and FID detector, with diethyl phthalate as internal standard. [Results]The linear correlation coefficient of hexamethylenetetramine was 0.9990, the relative standard deviation was 2.64%, and the average recovery was 91.51%. [Conclusions]The method is simple, rapid and has high precision and accuracy. It is suitable for the analysis of hexamethylenetetramine in mancozeb.
